Michael Ciardi, Owner

Matt
Matt is a licensed Journeyman Plumber with Ciardi Plumbing and Heating and has been proudly working in the plumbing industry since 2011. Licensed in Massachusetts, he brings a wide range of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and new construction settings. A graduate of Chelmsford High School, Matt attended Greater Lowell Technical School, where he developed a strong foundation in the trade. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience with boiler and water heater installations, bathroom remodels, running gas, water and drainage lines, and a variety of other plumbing projects, handling both new installations and service calls with confidence and care.
Matt is known as a hardworking, customer-oriented professional who is highly knowledgeable in plumbing and gas systems. He approaches each job with dedication, realistic expectations, and strong problem-solving skills, ensuring quality results and clear communication for every customer. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family—his wife, two children, and their three dogs. In his free time, he loves going to the beach, being outside, going out to eat and watching sports.

Jose
Jose is an 18-year-old graduate of a vocational tech high school, Class of 2025. Entering the school with no prior knowledge of the trades, he explored dozens of career paths before discovering his passion for plumbing. In 2025, Jose was honored as the MA PHCC All-Star Student—an award presented to a student who demonstrates high academic achievement, maintains a minimum shop-related average of 85%, and earns nomination from all shop instructors. He received this recognition at the PHCC Trade Show in front of the plumbing board. Since graduating, Jose has been working full-time in the plumbing trade.
He is driven by growth, progression, and the opportunity to learn something new every day. His goal is to continuously build his knowledge and value within the industry, ultimately earning his plumbing license and establishing himself as a highly skilled professional in the field.
